Duran's Painting Corp.
Not every painting job can wait for a convenient week. Water damage does not schedule itself, tenants move out on a date that was decided months ago, and houses go on the market when they go on the market. This is how we handle work that cannot wait.
Saturday is for emergencies, and we mean it
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturdays we take emergency calls only. If something has gone wrong — a leak has stained a ceiling, a repair has to be made before an inspection, a closing date has moved — call us at (941) 348-0868 and tell us what happened. If it is genuinely urgent, we will tell you honestly whether we can help and when.
What "emergency" means in practice
The jobs that justify a Saturday call are the ones where waiting makes the damage worse or costs you money:
- Water damage. A stain on a ceiling or wall is a symptom. Once the source is fixed and the surface is dry, it needs sealing and repainting before it spreads or the drywall softens.
- Pre-sale and pre-rental repairs. Scuffed walls, patched holes and damaged trim in a property that is being shown.
- Damage from a trade. Work by another contractor that has left a wall or a ceiling needing to be made good.
- Storm and weather damage. Exterior surfaces that have to be sealed before the next rain.
Small jobs and touch-ups are still jobs
A single wall, a door frame, a patch of trim: we take those on too. They are quick, and they are usually the reason a room has looked unfinished for two years.
What we need from you when you call
Three things get you a faster answer: what happened, roughly how big the area is, and where you are — we work within 60 miles of Arcadia, so location decides whether we can get to you quickly. A photograph by text or email helps more than a long description.
Estimates are free, including for urgent work. There is no charge for asking us whether something is worth fixing.
